Acting as the first point of contact with our valued partners, you’ll be responsible for identifying and securing partnerships with top retailers in the region. This role is essential to building instashop’s network of high-quality shops that align with our standards of service excellence and growth objectives. You will develop and implement business development strategies, execute impactful programs, and mentor team members to support instashop’s vision for leadership within the Q-commerce market.Day-to-Day ResponsibilitiesBuilding and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with strategic partners and key accounts across the regionDriving the growth of mid-tier and strategic partner shops to strengthen instashop’s market presencePartnering with cross-functional teams to identify and address gaps in products, processes, and operational metrics to optimize performanceTracking, reporting, and analyzing the performance of mid-tier and strategic partners, ensuring alignment with monthly revenue and growth targetsMentoring team members in managing client relationships, including acquisition, negotiation, and the cultivation of long-term partnershipsEnsuring monthly performance targets met by identifying and executing high-impact initiativesProviding feedback to enhance operational processes and the overall customer experience.Continuously refining business development strategies to stay ahead of market trends and maximize growth opportunitiesDeveloping tailored marketing packages in collaboration with the campaigns team and pitch to strategic accounts to drive revenueKey QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldMinimum 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in retail or e-commerceProven negotiation skills and experience in securing high-impact partnershipsProficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and data analysis toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsIdentifying and capitalizing on opportunities to maximize profitability and ensure long-term success for the company.Maintaining and managing positive GPO and healthy PnL#J-18808-Ljbffr
