Commercial Manager

As a key player in our team, you will collaborate with various departments to align commercial strategies with overall business objectives, ensuring the best outcomes for our projects.Join JASARA PMC and contribute to projects that shape the future of infrastructure in Saudi Arabia as part of the Vision 2030 initiative.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all commercial aspects of projects, ensuring compliance with contracts and applicable regulations.Lead contract negotiations with clients and partner organizations to secure favorable terms and conditions.Prepare and analyze project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to monitor performance.Conduct risk assessments related to financial transactions and contract obligations.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project goals are met, facilitating effective communication and coordination.Maintain strong client relationships and act as a point of contact for all commercial matters.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.15+ years of experience in commercial management or a similar role, ideally within the construction or engineering sectors.Strong knowledge of contract management processes and financial analysis.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Proven problem-solving ability and strategic mindset.Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools.Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.#J-18808-Ljbffr
