Commercial Manager - Cost Control

Hill International is looking for Commercial Manager with Cost Control experience in Abu Dhabi UAE. TResponsibilities:Participate in developing initial highlevel budget scurves to provide a baseline against which project expenditure will be measured throughout the year.Update review and submit the Cost Trackers by the agreed due date.Review Award Recommendation Reports Variation orders and PCRs to ensure there is a clear understanding of the budgeted amount of each commitment and a reflection of its cost impact in the Cost Trackers.Executing Cost Controls Day to day tasks and provide the line manager with periodic reporting on four main areas: Budget reconciliation Variances reports Forecast cashflow and Budget summary for PCRs and Early Warnings.Providing accurate cost advice and reporting.Assist in managing all downstream entity pertaining to costReview the cash flow forecast and confirm the amountsCoordinate monthly Accruals with the site consultants and provide for the relevant departmentReview and approve Consultants monthly Interim payment applicationsAnalysing project data efficientlyAssuming a leading role in setting objectives and priorities working as a proactive team playerMaintaining effective communication to ensure all information is available for the successful completion of projects liaising with other managers to ensure efficient financial controlDelivering all work outputs in an accurate and timely mannerProviding support to leaders in cost management of projectsRepresenting the company in a professional and diligent manner; meeting negotiating and corresponding with external stakeholders to form strong working relationshipsRequirements:A minimum of twelve years technical delivery experience gained within a global consultancy firmPre and postcontract experienceMiddle East experienceGood technical writing clientfacing and communication skillsWellorganised diligent proactive assertive welldisciplined and commercially astuteA team player with a cando attitude outgoing polite patient diplomatic personable respectful and flexible#J-18808-Ljbffr
