Commercial Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a Commercial Manager you will play a crucial role in driving our organizations financial success and commercial operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced international business environment.Develop and implement commercial strategies to maximize profitability and business growthManage contract negotiations ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the companyOversee financial planning budgeting and forecasting processesFamiliarity with environmental regulations and assessments.Knowledge of marine engineering and construction management.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunitiesLead and mentor a team of commercial professionals fostering a collaborative work environmentCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align commercial objectives with overall business goalsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholdersEnsure compliance with relevant laws regulations and company policiesPrepare and present comprehensive reports on commercial performance to senior managementIdentify and mitigate commercial risks through effective risk management strategiesDrive continuous improvement in commercial processes and systemsQualificationsBachelors degree in Finance Business Administration Accounting or a related field; Masters degree preferredMinimum of 15years of experience in commercial management finance or a related fieldAt least 5years in a managerial or supervisory roleProfessional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or relevant commercial certifications are highly desirableProven good experience in port marine structures breakwaters anddredging.Strong knowledge of financial systems commercial regulations and contract lawProven experience in contract management and commercial operationsExcellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closuresProficiency in financial analysis tools and advanced Excel skillsStrong understanding of business strategy and market trendsExceptional analytical and problem-solving abilitiesOutstanding communication and presentation skillsDemonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team membersExperience working in an international business environment is a plusFluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages relevant to the region is advantageousAdditional InformationAbout AECOMAECOM is proud to offer comprehensive benefits to meet the diverse needs of our employees.
