OverviewThe primary objective of this role is to drive and accelerate growth for consulting services across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region by consistently achieving or exceeding annual business targets. This role will play a key part in the digital transformation and decarbonization efforts within the process industries.Client DetailsOur client is a global consulting and technology firm specializing in advanced process simulation, optimization, and digital transformation solutions for energy and process industries. The company helps clients improve operational efficiency, profitability, and sustainability, particularly across refining, petrochemicals, and broader industrial sectors.DescriptionDrive profitable growth in consulting and technology solutions across the MENA region within the Energy, Refinery, O&G sectors.Identify, evaluate, and structure strategic business development opportunities, including alliances, collaborations, and other commercial transactions.Build and manage strong relationships with key clients and decision‑makers, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.Engage in prospecting activities to create new sales opportunities, leveraging industry events, networks, and market intelligence.Lead cross‑functional teams to develop tailored solutions, negotiate commercial terms, and secure profitable agreements.Conduct in‑depth customer needs analysis using internal expertise to define requirements and long‑term objectives.Manage and grow existing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for expansion.Oversee CRM usage and operational compliance, ensuring accurate data management and adherence to internal policies and regulatory standards.ProfileProven experience selling enterprise consulting, or technical solutions within the hydrocarbon sectors, with a strong track record of closing large and complex deals.Deep familiarity with the Middle East market (especially KSA), demonstrating understanding of cultural, economic, and regulatory environments across the region.Demonstrated capability to engage C‑level stakeholders in Energy Sectors, manage long sales cycles, and influence strategic decisions.Ability to translate technical offerings into meaningful business outcomes, while collaborating cross‑functionally with marketing, engineering, and delivery teams.A proactive, self‑driven, and entrepreneurial mindset, supported by strong opportunity management and stakeholder engagement skills.Job OfferCompetitive salary to be discussed.Opportunities to work in a collaborative and global environment.Potential for career progression being a pioneer.SkillsEnergyO&GConsultingPerformance ImprovementTechnologyUpstreamDownstream#J-18808-Ljbffr
