The successful candidate will be required to relocate with full relocation support provided, including visa sponsorship and covered relocation costs such as flights and associated expenses.We are looking for a Danish-qualified lawyer with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join a top-tier international firm in the UAE (Abu Dhabi or Dubai). The successful candidate will be involved in high-profile cross-border corporate, commercial, and tax matters . This is an exceptional opportunity for someone looking to grow their legal career internationally, in a dynamic business environment.Responsibilities:Advise on corporate and commercial transactions with a cross-border element, including M&A, joint ventures, and restructuring.Work on international tax structuring and compliance matters in coordination with the client’s global team.Draft and review contracts, shareholder agreements, and other corporate legal documents.Conduct legal research related to Danish and international corporate and commercial law.Support clients on regulatory matters affecting cross-border operations.Collaborate closely with internal legal teams and external stakeholders across jurisdictions.Liaise with authorities and regulatory bodies when required.RequirementsFluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory ; German language skills are a plus but not required.Valid passport and eligibility for a UAE work visa.Willingness to relocate to Abu Dhabi or Dubai within 30–60 days of offer.Ability to adapt to new jurisdictions and handle complex international legal work.High attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and a client-service orientation.Qualifications:Danish law degree and admitted to the Danish Bar .1–3 years PQE , ideally trained at an international or top-tier Danish law firm.Strong interest and ideally some exposure to cross-border work in corporate, commercial, and/or tax law.Demonstrated legal drafting and research skills.Strong interpersonal and communication skills in multicultural environments.Full relocation support and visa sponsorship to Abu Dhabi.Access to international legal work and exposure to emerging market regulations.Work alongside senior lawyers and diverse regional teams.Professional development and long-term growth opportunities.If you are passionate about leveraging your expertise for the growth of top-tier firms and advancing your professional trajectory, apply now!Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further discussions.Teams Squared is an equal opportunity employer, valuing diversity and inclusivity.#J-18808-Ljbffr
