Job Description

JASARA PMC is inviting expressions of interest for the position of Commercial & Contracts Director. As a leading joint venture formed by Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs and Saudi Aramco, we are committed to delivering world‑class infrastructure and services while fostering innovation within the industry.In this strategic leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing all commercial and contractual aspects of our Oil & Gas projects. You will develop and implement commercial strategies, ensuring that our contract management practices align with industry standards and organizational goals. Your expertise will guide project teams in negotiating and managing contracts effectively while managing risks and optimizing financial outcomes.As the Commercial & Contracts Director, you will drive compliance with relevant regulations, lead contract negotiation processes, and manage stakeholder relationships to maximise project success. You will play a pivotal role in providing commercial insights and driving continuous improvement initiatives within the organisation.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement commercial strategies to support the successful delivery of large industrial projectsOversee contract negotiation, management, and compliance, ensuring alignment with industry standardsLead cross‑functional teams in the development of commercial proposals and risk assessmentsManage relationships with clients, contractors and stakeholders to promote collaboration and ensure contractual obligations are metMonitor industry trends and regulatory changes, advising the organisation on necessary adaptations to strategy and processesDrive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices in contract managementRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferredA minimum of 18 years of experience in commercial and contract management within large industrial projectsProven track record of successfully managing large‑scale projects and negotiating complex contractsStrong understanding of industrial project life‑cycles, legal frameworks and compliance requirementsExceptional leadership, negotiation and communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and build strong stakeholder relationshipsFluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
