Job Description
Looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to play a key role in the Finance Team, by supporting the Commercial team in making data-driven decisions and supporting the overall business primarily in sales data management & reporting, forecasting, budgeting, variance analyses, margin controls, management reporting; and in Credit Control/Accounts Receivable Management.Client DetailsOur client is a well‑established multinational organisation operating within the consumer goods and industrial solutions sector. With a strong regional footprint and a diverse product portfolio, they focus on innovation, operational excellence and long‑term growth across global markets.DescriptionConduct in‑depth analysis of commercial performance, including revenue trends, margins, pricing efficiency and customer profitabilityPrepare dashboards and weekly/monthly reporting to support sales, finance and senior leadership teamsEvaluate customer credit applications, risk profiles and payment behaviour to determine appropriate credit limitsCollaborate with sales teams to ensure commercial proposals and pricing structures align with business objectivesMonitor overdue accounts, partner with internal teams to reduce outstanding balances and improve cash flowSupport budgeting and forecasting by validating assumptions and analysing historical performanceWork closely with finance to ensure accurate revenue recognition, credit provision calculations and compliance with internal policiesDevelop business cases for new initiatives, promotions or product launches using financial modellingIdentify process gaps, propose improvements and support automation or system enhancement initiativesLiaise with external stakeholders, including banks or credit agencies, when required for credit assessmentsProvide ad‑hoc analysis and insights to support strategic decision‑makingProfileBachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics or a related fieldProfessional qualification of CPA, ACCA, CA, CMA, etc. is highly preferredDistribution industry experience is mandatory and essential for the roleProven experience in commercial analysis, credit risk assessment or financial analysisStrong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools, with the ability to manipulate and interpret large datasetsSolid understanding of financial statements, credit metrics and commercial performance driversExperience working with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environmentStrong communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to stakeholdersHigh level of accuracy, attention to detail and analytical thinkingJob OfferOpportunity to join a well‑respected multinational market leader.
