The role includes processing invoices, following up with policyholders, and resolving billing disputes.Key Responsibilities:Review and process invoices for accuracy and completeness.Follow up with policyholders to collect outstanding payments through calls, reminders, and payment arrangements.Investigate and resolve billing disputes and discrepancies.Apply incoming payments to customer accounts accurately.Enter data into the company’s accounting system.Assist in preparing reports on collections activity and outstanding receivables.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.Basic understanding of accounting principles and accounts receivable.Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills.Good organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Office and accounting/CRM systems.1 year of experience in customer service or administrative roles (insurance industry experience is a plus).If you are interested in this opportunity, please apply now.#J-18808-Ljbffr
