<div><h3>POSITION SNAPSHOT</h3><p>Role: Coffee Specialist – Boutiques, UAE</p><p>Location: Jimi Mall - Al Ain, UAE</p><p>Company: Nespresso UAE</p><h3>Position Summary</h3><p>Nespresso is hiring Coffee Specialists for its Nespresso Boutiques in Al Ain, who will act as an ambassador for the Nespresso brand in the boutique, continually improving the experience of each customer to positively contribute to the boutique's performance in terms of customer satisfaction&loyalty, and business results.</p><h3>A DAY IN THE LIFE …</h3><h3>Customer Experience - Brand Ambassador</h3><ul><li>Acts as an enthusiastic ambassador for Nespresso.</li><li>Welcomes the boutique clientele and identifies their needs.</li><li>Achieves high customer satisfaction through personalized and professional communication.</li><li>Initiates customers to the art of coffee tasting and develops their curiosity about Nespresso's full range of products.</li><li>Always maintains a customer‑centric approach during the interaction with clients.</li></ul><h3>Generates Sales and strongly contributes to the boutique's business performance</h3><ul><li>Achieves results in compliance with Nestlé Corporate Business Principles.</li><li>Conducts sales of Nespresso products presented in the boutique (coffee, machines, accessories).</li><li>Leverages all received Nespresso training content.</li></ul><h3>Coffee Expertise And Experience</h3><ul><li>Demonstrates eagerness to learn about Nespresso brand, values, products, and sustainability, building knowledge fast.</li><li>Continually learns and integrates information from training, knowledge management tools, team meetings, intranet, etc.</li><li>Inspires clients with authenticity and helps them explore options for the ideal coffee proposal.</li><li>Translates passion for the brand into each customer contact by using adapted vocabulary and providing needed level of information according to the customer's situation.</li></ul><h3>Operational Efficiencies</h3><ul><li>Assists with boutique projects as needed.</li><li>Is familiar with stock levels, stock room layout, and return policies.</li><li>Adheres to compliance and quality standards in keeping with the Standard Operating Procedures.</li><li>Performs all tasks and decisions in line with quality standards, procedures, and compliance rules.</li><li>Ensures safe working conditions.</li><li>Adheres to shift/work scheduling and planning.</li><li>Participates in team meetings, contributing new ideas and suggestions to further improve operations.</li><li>Helps manage/support peaks and lows in daily/weekly operations.</li></ul><h3>What will make you successful…</h3><ul><li>Demonstrates some experience in retail, direct customer sales and service, or hospitality.</li><li>Must be a UAE National with family book.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
