Job DescriptionLocation: Abu DhabiWork Week: 5‑days/weekUAE Nationals onlyJob Title: Codification Officer (Training Provided)Department: Configuration Management DepartmentAre you a detail‑oriented UAE National with 2–3 years of work experience and a strong desire to grow in a structured, high‑impact operational role?What You Will Learn & Do (Full Training Provided)Supporting the collection, organization, and validation of product dataUsing SAP/ERP and Windchill PLM systems to classify and manage item recordsAssisting with cataloguing and documentation across multiple departmentsPreparing reports, summaries, and item documentation using Excel and other toolsManaging codification requests with completeness and accuracyEnsuring codification meets internal policies, H6 Manual, and NATO Codification System (NCS) guidelinesYou will become an essential part of the team ensuring accurate, standardized, and traceable identification of items used across the organization.Who We’re Looking ForDetail‑oriented and accurate in their workHighly trainable and eager to learn new systemsComfortable working in a structured, process‑driven environmentAble to work cross‑functionally with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and other teamsMethodical, organized, and reliableQualifications & ExperienceMinimum RequirementsUAE National2–3 years of experience in a structured environment (cataloguing, data entry, documentation, logistics, supply chain, technical admin, etc.)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Experience with ERP or PLM systems is an advantage leukFluent in English (spoken & written)High School Diploma or abovePreferred3+ years of experience in Aerospace or DefenceBachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical EngineeringExperience supporting product lifecycle, engineering documentation, or manufacturing processesNote: Technical background is an advantage, but not mandatory.
