We're building a category-defining company from the ground up, and we're looking for a co-founder to build it with us. This is a rare founding opportunity. You won’t be joining a company, you’ll be building one, owning growth, brand, digital, and commercial performance from day one through regional scale.</p><p><b>THE ROLE</b>What you'll own here.</p><ul><li>Design and execute the full-funnel growth strategy from launch through scale across supply and demand</li><li>Build and optimize customer acquisition and brand onboarding strategies that are strong and repeatable</li><li>Own performance marketing, partnerships, influencer strategy, and community channels</li><li>Lead the digital ecosystem, website, ecommerce, CRM, and marketing technology, and drive continuous improvement through data and experimentation</li><li>Define the brand narrative, positioning, and creative direction that attracts global fashion labels and builds customer loyalty</li><li>Lead market entry and launch initiatives in Saudi Arabia and the UAE</li><li>Design seamless brand onboarding journeys and support partner brands in achieving strong, sustained market performance</li><li>Own revenue growth and core commercial metrics, unit economics, pricing, packaging, and scalable revenue models</li><li>Contribute to investor readiness, performance reporting, and future fundraising rounds</li><li>Hire and develop the initial marketing and growth team and build a high-performance growth culture</li><li>Partner closely with the Co-Founder and CEO on company vision, business model evolution, and regional expansion strategy</li></ul><p><b>THE PROFILE</b>You're probably a fit if…</p><ul><li>You have 7+ years in digital marketing, growth, ecommerce, brand building, or marketplace platforms, and a track record of actually scaling something</li><li>You've built or led growth from early stage to scale, not just managed it at cruise speed</li><li>You're as comfortable crafting a brand narrative as you are reading a performance dashboard</li><li>You've worked cross-functionally with product and engineering teams and know how to move them with you</li><li>You operate with a builder's mindset, high ownership, comfortable in ambiguity, and genuinely excited about starting from zero</li><li>You execute as well as you strategize, this is a hands-on role, not a director's chair</li><li>You can engage brands, customers, and investors with equal confidence and clarity</li><li>Bonus: experience in fashion, luxury, or consumer brands, international market entry, or the GCC/MENA region</li></ul><p><b>THE ENVIRONMENT</b>What working here actually looks like.</p><ul><li>A True Founding Role This isn't a senior hire with a fancy title.
