Fit4Ward is a fitness technology startup building a connected platform that bridges the gap between how people train and the technology available to help them train better. Our product integrates with wearable fitness bands, delivers real-time exercise guidance through QR codes placed on gym equipment, and gives users a unified experience across Android and iOS.We are launching in the UAE, one of the fastest-growing fitness markets in the world, where gym membership penetration is rising and demand for smart, personalised fitness experiences is at an all-time high. The vision is simple: every person who walks into a gym should know exactly what to do, how to do it, and how it connects to the rest of their fitness data.The founder brings over 10 years of experience in fitness operations. We are now looking for the person who will complete this founding team.The RoleThis is not a hire. This is a co-founder seat.We are looking for a strategic, well-connected business builder who brings real value to Fit4Ward beyond execution. The right person walks through the door with relationships, market credibility, and the ability to open doors that would otherwise take years to open. You will hold a meaningful equity stake and full ownership of the business development and growth direction of the company.If you are someone who knows the Dubai fitness scene, has relationships with government entities, private gym operators, or health and wellness investors, and wants to build something significant in a market that is ready for it, this conversation is for you.What You Will OwnThe full business development and partnership strategy for Fit4Ward in the UAE and wider GCCRelationships with gym chains, fitness operators, and corporate wellness buyers who become the company's first B2B clientsGovernment and regulatory engagement, including relevant UAE health, sport, and technology entities such as Dubai Sports Council, the Ministry of Health, and Smart DubaiInvestor relations and fundraising strategy alongside the founderGo-to-market planning for the product launch, including pricing, distribution, and early adopter acquisitionBrand positioning and external representation of Fit4Ward in the UAE startup and fitness ecosystemWhat We Are Looking ForNetwork and RelationshipsExisting relationships with gym owners, fitness chains, or wellness operators in Dubai and the wider UAEConnections within UAE government entities relevant to health, sport, or technology, including but not limited to Dubai Sports Council, Smart Dubai, and the Department of HealthA network within the UAE startup and investor ecosystem, including access to angel investors, family offices, or early-stage VCs active in the GCCWho You Are as a PersonYou are genuinely interested in fitness and health technology as a space, not just as a projectYou are energised by early-stage ambiguity, not slowed down by itYou can make sound architecture decisions without having perfect informationYou communicate well with non-technical stakeholders including gym operators, investors, and usersYou are based in Dubai, UAE or willing to relocate to DubaiYou want equity in something you help build, not just a salary for your timeBusiness ExperienceA track record of closing commercial partnerships or B2B deals, ideally within the fitness, health, or technology sectorsExperience navigating the UAE business landscape including trade licensing, free zone structures, and government procurement processesPrior experience as a founder, co-founder, or senior commercial leader at a startup or growth-stage companyAbility to represent the company credibly in front of investors, government stakeholders, and enterprise clientsEquity-Based RoleThis is an equity-only co-founder role at the pre-revenue MVP stage.Equity percentage is negotiable and will reflect the scope of contribution, the skills brought to the table, and the terms agreed upon at the time of formalising the partnership.We will discuss equity structure, vesting terms, and a clear co-founder agreement in our first serious conversation.
