We do not discriminate on the basis of age, pregnancy or marital/civil partnerships, religion or belief, gender, disability and we are Mowaamah‑GOLD certified in Saudi.</p><p>Learn more about our culture and life at PepsiCo: https://stories.pepsicojobs.com/</p><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Collect cash and cheque from sales staff and issue receipt vouchers for the same.</li><li>Update system for collections and submit the documents to settlement clerk for application of collection.</li><li>Ensure daily deposit of collection to bank.</li><li>Collect bounced cheque from banks and handover to sales team to collect the money against the bounced cheque.</li><li>Prepare daily cash reconciliation and review with DC Finance Supervisor.</li><li>Disburse the petty cash against the approved expense claims.</li><li>Prepare petty disbursement details, JV along with petty cash re‑imbursement claim and submit to Finance Supervisor for review and approval.</li><li>Maintain all files as per the DC file standard check list.</li><li>Identify salesman not regularly making collection deposits and report to DC finance supervisor.</li><li>Complete understanding of P&P and controls for his area of work.</li><li>Perform ad‑hoc tasks, assignments or reports assigned by DC‑supervisor.</li><li>Execute control effectively.</li><li>Understand the objective of the control – ongoing.</li><li>Document the test script attributes for effective execution of the control – as necessary.</li><li>Evaluate the effectiveness of the control through testing – quarterly or as necessary.</li><li>Maintain an audit trail to evidence execution of the activities, sufficient to enable re‑performance by independent 3rd party – ongoing.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Diploma or High School certificate.</li><li>Strong desire to succeed and highly competitive.</li><li>Highly computer literate.</li><li>Well organized, flexible, adaptable and works well in a team environment.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
