CNSATM Project Manager (Emirati National)

We are seeking a highly skilled CNS/ATM Project Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing complex Communication, Navigation, Surveillance/Air Traffic Management (CNS/ATM) projects, ensuring their successful implementation and alignment with organizational goals.Lead and manage CNS/ATM projects from initiation to completion ensuring adherence to scope, schedule and budgetDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines and resource allocationsCoordinate with cross‑functional teams including engineers, technicians and stakeholdersIdentify and mitigate project risks, implementing effective solutionsManage project budgets and financial aspects including forecasting and cost controlEnsure compliance with aviation regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycleFacilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders and senior managementMonitor project progress, prepare status reports and present updates to leadershipConduct regular project reviews and implement continuous improvement initiativesStay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in CNS/ATM systemsQualificationsUAE NationalBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Aviation or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in managing CNS/ATM projectsStrong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)Proven expertise in CNS/ATM systems and technologiesExcellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera)Demonstrated ability in budgeting, financial management and risk assessmentIn‑depth understanding of aviation regulations and standards (ICAO, FAA, EASA)Experience in the aviation or aerospace industryProject Management Professional (PMP) certification preferredStrong analytical and problem‑solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast‑paced dynamic environmentExcellent organizational and time‑management skillsRemote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull‑time#J-18808-Ljbffr
