As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of complex Communication, Navigation, Surveillance/Air Traffic Management (CNS/ATM) projects, ensuring their successful implementation and alignment with organizational goals.ResponsibilitiesSupport CNS/ATM projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budgetCoordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and stakeholdersIdentify and mitigate project risks, implementing effective solutionsEnsure compliance with aviation regulations and standards throughout project lifecycleFacilitate effective communication among project team members, stakeholders, and senior managementMonitor project progress, prepare status reports, and present updates to leadershipStay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in CNS/ATM systemsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Aviation, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in CNS/ATM projectsStrong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)Proven expertise in CNS/ATM systems and technologiesExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skillsProficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera)Knowledge and understanding of aviation regulations and standards (ICAO, FAA, EASA)Experience in the aviation or aerospace industryProject Management Professional (PMP) certification preferredStrong analytical and problem‑solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environmentExcellent organizational and time management skillsExperience in AutoCAD and GISExperience in Fast Time Simulation Modelling Tools (Airtop, TAAM, Cast etc)#J-18808-Ljbffr
