CNC VTL Oeprator

Education ITI in Turner/Machinist or Diploma in mechanical engineering 10 th Pass with short term course in CNC operation and programming Experience Minimum 5 years experience for ITI/Diploma candidate Minimum 8 years experience for 10 th pass with CNC certification Programming experience in Siemens controller Duties and responsibilities 1. Able to run CNC vertical turret lathe of size 1200mm 2. Able to independently setup the part in 4 jaw chuck take geometrical offset and do CNC program 3. Able to read the engineering drawing understand dimensional & geometrical tolerances. 4. Able to read the engineering and interpret it into machining sequences 5. Must ready to run the machine in day and night shift 6. Must be able to use 300 600 and 1m vernier calipers with proficiency. 7. Must be able to use upto 1m bore gage & OD micrometers with proficiency. 8.
