CNC Programmer (Robot&Router Machines)

<div><h3>About the Role</h3><p>We are looking for a skilled CNC Programmer with hands-on experience in both robotic machining and CNC router operations. The candidate will create and optimize CNC programs, ensuring high precision for marine and composite manufacturing processes.</p><h3><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></h3><ul><li>Develop CNC programs for robot machining and CNC router machines using CAM software.</li><li>Generate toolpaths, simulate machining processes, and troubleshoot errors before production.</li><li>Operate and support multi-axis CNC machines and robotic arms (e.g., KUKA or ABB).</li><li>Optimize programs for cycle time, material usage, and machining quality.</li><li>Perform machine setup, including tooling selection, fixture setup, and calibration.</li><li>Monitor machining processes and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality.</li><li>Perform<b>routine maintenance of machines</b>to ensure smooth operation.</li><li>Maintain proper documentation of programs and revisions.</li><li>Ensure adherence to safety standards and company procedures.</li></ul><h3><b>Requirements:</b></h3><ul><li>Minimum 2–5 years of experience in CNC programming (robot + router preferred).</li><li>Strong knowledge of<b>PowerMill (Advanced)</b>for CNC programming.</li><li>Good working knowledge of<b>AutoCAD (Intermediate)</b>for technical drawings.</li><li>Basic knowledge of<b>SolidWorks</b>for part modeling is a plus.</li><li>Experience with robotic machining systems is preferred.</li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CAD files.</li><li>Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Experience in robot programming and 5-axis machining is an advantage but not mandatory.</li><li>Experience with 3-axis and C-axis machining will be considered an added advantage.</li></ul><h3><b>Preferred Skills:</b></h3><ul><li>Experience in marine, boat building, or large mold/tooling industries.</li><li>Knowledge of 5-axis machining.</li><li>Hands-on machine operation experience.</li></ul><h3><b>Benefits:</b></h3><ul><li>Competitive salary package.</li><li>Opportunity to work with an international yacht manufacturing company.</li><li>Career growth and technical exposure.</li><li>Paid Annual Leave + Sick Leave</li><li>Annual Ticket</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
