CNC Operator - KSA

<div><p>At Electra we need talented people that will share our strategy to be the obvious partner contracting for local&international players who wish to set up an event within the GCC.</p><p>The CNC Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines—particularly for wood-based applications. The role involves preparing CNC files, machine setup, quality inspection, maintenance, and ensuring all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in line with production priorities.</p><h3>Main Accountabilities</h3><ul><li>Operate CNC machines (wood routers, Beam saw&etc.), to perform precise cutting, shaping, drilling, and finishing operations.</li><li>Read and interpret technical drawings and job orders to determine CNC operation requirements.</li><li>Prepare CNC cutting files, load, and verify CNC cutting files using software, ensuring the correct tool paths and machine settings are applied.</li><li>Plan and schedule CNC tasks as per priorities provided by the Production Supervisor, ensuring timely execution of jobs.</li><li>Input machine instructions and ensure correct parameters for material type and job design.</li><li>Inspect raw materials before processing to ensure quality and suitability.</li><li>Perform tool changes, offset adjustments, and calibration to maintain precision and accuracy.</li><li>Run test samples and verify settings before starting full production runs.</li><li>Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal output and quality.</li><li>Inspect and measure finished components to verify adherence to specifications using calibrated tools.</li><li>Document the machine usage daily and submit the CNC report on monthly basis.</li><li>Conduct preventive maintenance and report equipment malfunctions or errors.</li><li>Ensure that the working area is kept clean, organized, and safe, maintaining optimal conditions for efficient work.</li><li>Ensure that tools, machinery, and equipment are in proper working order and are stored correctly when not in use.</li><li>Implement and enforce 5S principles and Lean management techniques to optimize workflows and improve efficiency.</li><li>Under the Company Safety Policy, the team leader has a responsibility to follow the above duties in a safe manner in accordance with the Safe Systems of Work and the procedures laid down under the health and safety environment (HSE).</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><p>Number of years of Experience: 2+ year</p><h3>Certification</h3><p>Wood working CNC Training certificate</p><h3>Education</h3><p>+2 (Junior College)</p><h3>Languages</h3><p>English and Hindi</p><h3>Systems</h3><p>Basic computer knowledge, Word, Excel, Auto cad.</p><h3>Technical&Functional Skills</h3><ul><li>Able to work on technical drawings</li><li>Must have technical knowledge and knowledge of Machinery used in wood working industry</li><li>Knowledge of machine tools, blades and bits.</li></ul><h3>Other Skills And Competencies</h3><ul><li>Must be proactive and have a positive attitude.</li><li>Must be flexible and ready to work as per requirement.</li></ul><h3>General Obligations towards Health, Safety and Environment</h3><ul><li>You will correctly use machinery, appliances, tools, transport, and all equipment issued by the company.</li><li>You will correctly use personal protective equipment supplied by the company.</li><li>You will not remove any safety devices for any machinery or installations.</li><li>You will perform all tasks set forth by safety and environmental regulations and thus cooperate with Electra to ensure a working environment and condition that do not pose any risks in terms of health, safety and environment to others.</li></ul><h3>About the company</h3><p>ELECTRA</p></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
