You will work closely with the production team to identify and troubleshoot any issues that may arise as well as develop and implement preventative maintenance plans to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform regular maintenance and repairs on all CNC machines including lathes, mills and grindersTroubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical and hydraulic issuesDevelop and implement preventative maintenance plans to ensure optimal functioning of equipmentCollaborate with production team to schedule maintenance and repairs to minimize downtimeKeep accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performanceSource and order replacement parts as neededTrain and mentor junior maintenance techniciansAdhere to all safety protocols and regulationsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent experienceMinimum of 3 years of experience in CNC maintenance and repairStrong knowledge of CNC machines and equipment including lathes, mills and grindersProficient in mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systemsExperience with preventative maintenance and troubleshooting techniquesAbility to read and interpret technical manuals and schematicsExcellent problem‑solving and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyWillingness to work flexible hours and be on‑call for emergency repairsWhy Work for UsAt Micah Solutions we value our employees and strive to create a positive and supportive work environment.
