CMMS COORDINATOR

Primary Purpose of the JobCMMS Coordinator To function as the focal point for the Planning and Coordination of all SAP CMMS related activities such as Asset Register development mainly during FEED and during EPIC, SPIRs Review & Approval, SAP CMMS IDB Review, Approval and Uploading for Projects between Project Team, Materials Department, ICT Department, and respective Asset Holders Departments.Managing SAP CMMS Consultant for all projects through Contract. Responsible for reviewing / approving CMMS projects (Green/Brown fields) management and development of Master Data in IDB. Provides all SAP PM Maintenance Master Data assistance required for Projects to all Asset Holders. Updates and maintains all Maintenance master data in SAP system for new projectsRequired Experience and SkillsMinimum 8 years’ experience in a similar capacity in the Oil, Gas or Petrochemical Industry.Experience in working on a Computerized Maintenance / Materials Management System (SAP).Working experience with standard PC software.Strong working knowledge of Material Standards and Specifications.Very good knowledge of Oil & Gas assets maintenance process and maintenance master data in SAP.Excellent hands-on experience in SAP system environment specifically to SAP PM and MM modules.6-8 years’ Experience in carrying of PM and Strategy Optimization studies in Oil & Gas Maintenance environment.5 years hands on experience in developing oil & gas maintenance master data and CMMS IDB.Ability to handle independently the Green / Brown field CMMS data development cycle.6 years of excellent experience in CMMS project management and ability to plan, schedule and Manage projects.Experience in monitoring and control of Data Acquisition and Maintenance Optimization contracts.5 years of excellent skills and knowledge in Maintenance optimization processes, exposure to Maintenance Optimization studies.Knowledge of computer applications performing the above studies is desirable.Excellent experience in preparing Plant Maintenance Routine (PMR), Collection and verification of Process Equipment Data, drawings, documents, and familiarity with Engineering Standards.Excellent interpersonal communication skills.Educational QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering Discipline.#J-18808-Ljbffr
