The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in<b>CMMI-DEV and CMMI-SVC</b>, process improvement, and quality frameworks, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead the implementation of<b>CMMI frameworks (CMMI-DEV, CMMI-SVC)</b>across projects and departments.</li><li>Conduct<b>gap analysis</b>to evaluate current processes against CMMI requirements.</li><li>Develop and document<b>processes, procedures, standards, and templates</b>aligned with CMMI models.</li><li>Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to<b>implement and drive process improvements</b>.</li><li>Provide<b>training and coaching</b>on CMMI practices, metrics, and compliance requirements.</li><li>Support and facilitate<b>CMMI appraisals (SCAMPI A/B/C)</b>alongside Lead Appraisers.</li><li>Monitor and report on<b>process performance, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives</b>.</li><li>Ensure alignment with<b>organizational goals, ISO standards, and Saudi regulatory requirements</b>.</li><li>Work with leadership to support<b>process improvement roadmaps and initiatives</b>.</li><li>Assist in<b>audits and corrective action planning</b>.</li></ul><h3>Required Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.</li><li>5–10 years of experience in process improvement, quality assurance, or related roles.</li><li>Experience with<b>CMMI frameworks (CMMI-DEV, CMMI-SVC)</b>.</li><li>Exposure to<b>SCAMPI appraisals</b>.</li><li>Understanding of<b>ISO standards and compliance frameworks</b>.</li><li>Fluent in<b>Arabic and English</b>(mandatory).</li></ul><h3>Key Skills</h3><ul><li>Process Improvement&Optimization</li><li>Quality Management Systems</li><li>Stakeholder Coordination</li><li>Training&Coaching</li><li>Analytical Thinking</li><li>Strong Communication Skills</li></ul><h3>Preferred Qualifications</h3><ul><li>CMMI or relevant quality certifications</li><li>Experience in<b>Saudi Arabia/GCC region</b></li><li>Exposure to regulated or government environments</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
