Instructional DeliveryDeliver research- and practice-driven teaching using contemporary pedagogical approaches.Foster critical inquiry and skill development through engaging instructional methods and appropriate assessments.2. Instructional ManagementEffectively manage instructional processes in accordance with university policies and academic standards.3. Assessment and EvaluationEvaluate and grade student performance fairly and transparently.Develop clear assessment criteria aligned with course learning outcomes.Set clear expectations and avoid cognitive bias in assessment.4. Academic AdvisingProvide academic and career advising to students, supporting curriculum planning and achievement of program learning outcomes.8.
