In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing corporate client relationships across multiple clusters in the region.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand our corporate client base and increase revenue within assigned clustersLead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targetsCultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers in corporate accountsAnalyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunitiesCollaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to corporate clientsForecast sales performance and provide regular reports to senior managementNegotiate high‑value contracts and oversee the entire sales process from prospecting to closingEnsure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activitiesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferredMinimum 7-10 years of experience in corporate sales, with a proven track record of managing and growing corporate accountsDemonstrated success in leading and developing high‑performing sales teamsStrong strategic planning and business development skillsExcellent client relationship management abilitiesProficiency in CRM software and financial analysis toolsOutstanding presentation, negotiation, and communication skillsIn-depth knowledge of corporate sales strategies and best practicesAbility to analyze and interpret complex market trends and dataWillingness to travel within the assigned cluster region as requiredFluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
