Job Description

Sales and Business DevelopmentIdentify and develop new sales opportunities in the F&B and social events sectors.Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through networking, cold calls and referrals.Actively participate in promoting venue packages, catering services, and event-related offerings.Client Relationship ManagementCultivate strong long‑lasting relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.Deliver personalized event solutions tailored to client requirements.Provide excellent aftersales service to build client loyalty and encourage repeat business.Marketing and PromotionAssist in the creation of promotional campaigns to attract social events.Leverage social media partnerships and other platforms to enhance visibility.Represent the company at networking events, trade shows and exhibitions.Revenue ManagementMeet and exceed sales targets by upselling and cross‑selling products and services.Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts to potential clients.Analyze market trends and competitor activity to optimize pricing and offerings.Administrative and Reporting DutiesMaintain accurate records of all client interactions, bookings and sales activities in the CRM system.Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.QualificationsProven experience in sales, particularly in the F&B industry.Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.Creative thinking and the ability to propose innovative event solutions.Knowledge of local markets and customer preferences.Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Remote Work :NoEmployment Type :Fulltime#J-18808-Ljbffr
