Job Description

What will I be doingAs Reservations Manager you are responsible for achieving occupancy targets/levels as identified in the annual budget and marketing plan for Reservations.You will work with the Sales and Events Teams to develop future and repeat business opportunities and perform the following tasks to the highest standards:Maximise occupancy levels by reviewing and revising revenue strategiesWork with the Sales and Events Teams to maximise corporate and group ratesManage third‑party sites and agents to establish rates, negotiate prices, ensure proper implementation of reservation procedures and maximise conversion ratios to achieve departmental targetsContribute to the selling strategy of the hotel and manage the department’s adherence to that strategyUnderstand the competitive marketplace and implement approaches to keep the hotel ahead locallyEnsure Team Members are developed effectively and foster a culture of high‑quality standards for relationship building, customer service, selling techniques, billing, and contract processingBuild strong relationships with customers, guests, and Team Members to fully understand their needs and serve them effectivelyAssist in recruiting, managing, training, and developing the TeamParticipate in the organisation of hotel promotional activitiesWhat are we looking forA Reservations Manager serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and with other Team Members.
