As a key member of our marketing leadership, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing and communications strategies across multiple countries in the region.Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives for the assigned cluster of countriesLead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellenceManage brand positioning and consistency across various markets and channelsOversee the creation and distribution of compelling marketing content across digital and traditional platformsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated marketing communicationsAnalyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategiesDevelop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROIPlan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and traditional marketing initiativesMonitor and report on the performance of marketing activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvementBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including media partners, agencies, and internal departmentsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or Master's degree in Marketing preferred7+ years of experience in marketing and communications, with a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaignsDemonstrated experience in managing multi-country marketing initiativesStrong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team of marketing professionalsExcellent strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsProficiency in digital marketing strategies, including social media, content marketing, and SEO/SEMStrong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levelsProficiency in marketing analytics tools and CRM systemsIn-depth understanding of regional market trends and cultural nuances in the Middle EastFluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is a plusWillingness to travel within the assigned cluster of countries#J-18808-Ljbffr
