The role supports the Retail Operations Manager and drives consistency, operational excellence, and team development across all stores in the cluster.Key ResponsibilitiesManaging own store plus supporting Store Supervisors to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer experiencesDrive store performance, profitability, and operational excellence across the clusterBuild strong customer relationships and act as a key point of escalation for issues and queriesDeliver world-class service standards, measured through NPS and customer satisfaction metricsCoach, mentor, and motivate teams, ensuring a positive and high-performing work environmentSupport recruitment, training, and performance management of store teamsEnsure effective stock and cash control in line with company policiesMaintain health & safety standards across all storesCollaborate with Head Office and implement company initiatives and directivesMonitor financial performance, including gross profit, margins, and cost controlRequired Experience, Skills & QualificationProven retail management experience, ideally across multiple locationsStrong leadership and team management skillsCustomer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional serviceExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong commercial awareness and analytical thinkingExperience in community engagement or networkingHigh level of ownership, integrity, and work ethicDriving license and own carWSET Level 2 (Wine & Spirits) or equivalent product knowledgeExperience within premium retail, hospitality, or beverage industryWhy Join Us?Join a team of experienced professionals who are experts in the industry.
