Obtain understanding of operating procedure related to such.Follow the shift duties as per department duty roster.Ensure update of shift log book and related check list.Install, repair and maintains electrical and mechanical equipment’s such as DB’s, MDB, Switchgears, Motors, Starters. and other electro-mechanical processing units.Performs tasks of PPM, replacing worn parts and accomplishing other major repairs.Perform safe operation methods and procedures in trouble shooting of all Electrical system.Report any unusual finding or safety hazards immediately to the Shift Supervisor/Duty EngineerInstall electrical apparatus, fixtures and equipment for alarm and other systems.Install safety and distribution components (e.g. switches, resistors, circuit-breaker panels etc.).To be able to perform job with relates to HVAC, Plumbing and AVPrevent breakdown of systems by routinely inspecting and replacing old wiring and insulated cables, cleaning circuits etc.Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assignedQualificationsPrevious experience in a large hotel with at least 500 keys in a luxury property is requiredPre-opening experience is an advantageProven work experience as an ElectricianActive listening and effective communication skillsFlexibility to work in shiftsStrong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
