Cluster Assistant IT Manager

Responsibilities\The Cluster Assistant IT Manager supports the Cluster IT Manager in overseeing hotel technology operations, ensuring reliability, security, and efficiency of systems and guest-facing technologies. Key responsibilities include:\\Assist in planning, implementing, and maintaining IT infrastructure including networks, servers, and software systems.\Support critical hotel systems (e.g., Property Management, Point of Sale, key card access, IP telephony, CCTV, and guest Wi‑Fi).\Enforce cybersecurity protocols, ensure data backups, and maintain disaster recovery plans.\Provide IT support across departments, troubleshoot issues and train staff on IT systems and policies.\Liaise with external IT vendors and corporate IT teams for support and system upgrades.\Assist with IT budgeting, procurement, and asset inventory management.\Ensure compliance with data protection laws and industry regulations.\Participate in 24/7 support rotation for critical system issues and emergencies.\\Qualifications\\Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field; 3 years of IT management experience preferably in hospitality.\Strong knowledge of hospitality software systems, networks, servers, Windows environments, and cloud services.\Solid understanding of cybersecurity, data protection laws, and disaster recovery planning.\Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills with ability to manage vendors and budgets.\\Remote Work\Yes\Employment Type\Full‑time#J-18808-Ljbffr
