Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Cluster Assistant Director of Sales or Cluster Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales operations across multiple locations in Dubai United Arab this pivotal leadership role you will oversee regional sales performance drive revenue growth and build high‑performing sales teams while maintaining our commitment to customer excellence and organizational success.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for the cluster to achieve and exceed revenue targets and business objectivesLead mentor and manage a team of sales managers and representatives across multiple locations fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvementAnalyze market trends competitor activity and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales performanceMonitor and manage sales pipelines forecasts and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure accurate reporting and proactive decision‑makingConduct regular performance reviews provide coaching and feedback and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities and skill setsBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to drive customer retention and expand business opportunitiesCollaborate with cross‑functional departments including marketing operations and finance to align sales initiatives with organizational goalsCustomize sales approaches and programs based on regional market dynamics and customer needsManage P&L responsibilities for the cluster and optimize resource allocation to maximize profitabilityRepresent the organization at industry events and networking opportunities to strengthen market presence and brand positioningQualificationsBachelorsdegree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a related field7-10 years of progressive sales management experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets3-5 years in a senior sales management or cluster/regional management roleDemonstrated expertise in developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growthStrong proficiency with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and sales analytics toolsExceptional leadership and team‑building capabilities with experience managing and scaling sales teamsAdvanced negotiation closing and consultative selling skillsProven ability to analyze market data forecast sales performance and make data‑driven decisionsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence and motivate diverse teamsStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExperience managing P&L responsibilities and budget optimizationKnowledge of the UAE/GCC market and regional business practices is highly preferredAbility to travel across cluster locations as requiredProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business intelligence toolsRemote WorkNoEmployment TypeFull‑time#J-18808-Ljbffr
