Welcome members and guests courteously and provide personalized attentive servicePresent menus explain food and beverage offerings and make recommendations when requiredTake accurate food and drink orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and barServe food and beverages efficiently following club service standardsEnsure tables service areas and surroundings are clean organized and well-maintainedMonitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to requests or concernsMaintain knowledge of menu items daily specials and promotionsFollow hygiene grooming and food safety standards at all timesHandle bills payments and transactions accurately where applicableMaintain discretion and confidentiality regarding club members and operationsAssist with setup and closing duties as requiredWork closely with team members to ensure smooth service operationsQualifications :  Previous experience as a Waiter/Waitress preferably in a fine dining or luxury hospitality settingStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidaysTeam-oriented with a positive attitudeAbility to work under pressure while maintaining service qualityProficiency in English.
