Job Title: Cloudflare Solutions Engineer (SASE & Zero Trust)Location:Onsite QatarEmployment Type:Contract of 3 yearsJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Cloudflare Solutions Engineer with expertise in Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) and Zero Trust security models. This role is primarily focused on the daily operations, implementation, and management of Cloudflare solutions, including CDN, WAF, DDoS protection, DNS security, and Zero Trust network access. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience configuring, troubleshooting, and optimizing Cloudflare's security and performance solutions to protect and enhance our organization's infrastructure.Primary Responsibilities:Manage and operate Cloudflare security solutions on a day-to-day basis, ensuring optimal performance and protection.Implement and maintain Cloudflares Zero Trust solutions to enhance secure remote access and identity-based security.Monitor and respond to security incidents related to Cloudflare-protected assets, including WAF events, bot mitigation, and DDoS attacks.Optimize CDN performance and manage caching policies, page rules, and load balancing configurations.Administer Cloudflare Gateway, Access, and Tunnel solutions to enforce security policies and enhance network protection.Troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues, analyzing logs and traffic patterns to improve system reliability.Integrate Cloudflare services with existing security infrastructure, including identity providers (SSO, MFA) and SIEM solutions.Automate and streamline security operations through Cloudflare API and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools.Stay updated on the latest Cloudflare features and best practices, recommending improvements to enhance security and efficiency.Work closely with DevOps, IT, and security teams to ensure Cloudflare solutions align with business and security requirements.Required Skills & Qualifications:3+ years of experience working with Cloudflare security and performance solutions (WAF, CDN, DDoS, Zero Trust, DNS security, etc.).Strong understanding of Zero Trust security principles, network security, and SASE frameworks.Hands-on experience in configuring and troubleshooting Cloudflare Access, Gateway, and Tunnels.Proficiency in DNS management, TLS/SSL, and network security concepts.Experience in log analysis and security monitoring tools for identifying and mitigating threats.Knowledge of firewall rules, rate limiting, and bot mitigation techniques in Cloudflare.Familiarity with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible) and Cloudflare APIs for automation.Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve performance/security issues.Excellent communication and documentation skills.Preferred Qualifications:Cloudflare Certifications (e.g., Cloudflare Certified Zero Trust Specialist or Cloudflare Certified Network Security Specialist).Experience integrating Cloudflare solutions with SIEM tools, identity providers (Okta, Azure AD), or security frameworks.Prior experience working with multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and Cloudflares integrations.Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash) for automation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
