Job Title: Cloud Security and Network EngineerContract: 1 yearJob SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Cloud Security and Network Engineer to design, implement, and secure cloud networking architectures. The ideal candidate will ensure secure connectivity, implement firewalls, routing, and network segmentation, and maintain resilient cloud network operations across enterprise cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and maintain secure cloud network architectures.Configure and manage networking components including Amazon VPC, AWS Transit Gateway, Azure Virtual Network, and Azure Load Balancer.Implement and manage firewall policies using AWS Network Firewall and Azure Firewall.Manage secure connectivity solutions such as VPNs, private links, and hybrid cloud connectivity.Implement network segmentation, routing policies, and access control mechanisms to enhance security and isolation.Monitor and analyze network traffic to detect potential threats or anomalies.Ensure high availability, performance, and resilience of cloud networks. Maintain documentation for network architecture, configurations, and operational procedures.Conduct network security assessments, vulnerability analysis, and remediation activities.Collaborate with cloud, DevOps, and security teams to implement secure and scalable solutions.RequirementsRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or related field.3–6 years of experience in Cloud Networking, Network Security, or Cloud Infrastructure Engineering.Hands-on experience with cloud networking services in Amazon Web Services and/or Microsoft Azure.Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals including routing, subnetting, NAT, VPNs, and load balancing.Experience with firewall configuration, network segmentation, and traffic monitoring.Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform.Understanding of cloud security principles, IDS/IPS, and zero-trust networking models.Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.Preferred QualificationsCertifications such as AWS Certified Advanced Networking – Specialty, Microsoft Certified: Azure Network Engineer Associate, or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP).Experience implementing multi-cloud or hybrid cloud network architectures.Familiarity with compliance frameworks and cloud security best practices.#J-18808-Ljbffr
