Cloud & Local Data Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Cloud and Local Data Administrator to manage and maintain our organizations data infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and certifications in cloud computing network administration and data management technologies. This role involves overseeing data storage security backup and accessibility to ensure optimal performance reliability and security of our data systems.Key Responsibilities:Manage and administer cloud-based data storage solutions with expertise in Azure Blob Storage & Containers.Configure and manage Azure L3-L7 Firewall NSG SSL and Key Vault for secure data transmission and storage.Utilize Azure services such as IoT Hub Cognitive Services Private Endpoints and Bastion for enhanced functionality and security.Implement Azure Traffic Manager Load Balancer and Application Gateway for efficient data routing and load distribution.Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure using Azure Application Insights Container Insights VM Insights and Network Insights.Manage Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) for container orchestration and deployment of micro services-based applications.Maintain Windows Server environments including Active Directory DNS DHCP Hyper-V and backup solutions such as Symantec Backup EXEC and Veritas EXEC.Configure and manage storage servers including SAN and NAS storage solutions for efficient data storage and retrieval.Ensure network security with Fortigate 60D & Fortigate 200F firewalls site-to-site VPN configurations and security policies.RequirementsBachelors degree in computer science information technology or a related field.Certifications: Azure CCNA MCSE MCSA Fortinet or equivalent.Extensive experience in cloud computing including IaaS PaaS virtualization and cloud infrastructure redundancy.Proficiency in network administration including configuration of routers switches firewalls and VPNs.Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions such as Symantec Backup EXEC Veritas EXEC and Azure Site Recovery.
