Position ObjectivesLead the design, deployment, and optimization of enterprise-grade Red Hat OpenShift container platforms across data centers.Architect scalable, secure, and compliant solutions integrating networking, storage, and automation frameworks.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and technology partners to ensure seamless integration and governance alignment.Drive architectural reviews, proof‑of‑concepts, and technical enablement to enhance operational excellence.Job Description and ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement Red Hat OpenShift architecture ensuring scalability, security, and high availability across multiple data centers.Define infrastructure topology, network segmentation, and storage integration aligned with enterprise standards.Oversee end‑to‑end OpenShift deployment, integration with LDAP/AD, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring platforms.Implement governance, RBAC, OAuth, and security compliance with CIS and NCA benchmarks.Collaborate with network, storage, and DevOps teams to optimize performance and ensure operational efficiency.Conduct architecture reviews, proof‑of‑concepts, and partner with vendors for solution validation and best practices.Provide documentation, technical training, and knowledge transfer to operations and support teams.Support automation through Ansible, Helm, and GitOps practices to streamline cluster management.Qualifications and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in OpenShift / Kubernetes architecture and administration.Proven expertise in container networking, CNI plugins, and multi‑cluster connectivity.Experience with CI/CD tools, automation frameworks (Ansible, Helm, ArgoCD), and GitOps practices.Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills with cross‑functional collaboration experience.Language proficiency: English (required); Arabic is an added advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
