<div><h3>Position Objectives</h3><ul><li>Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of enterprise-grade Red Hat OpenShift container platforms across data centers.</li><li>Architect scalable, secure, and compliant solutions integrating networking, storage, and automation frameworks.</li><li>Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and technology partners to ensure seamless integration and governance alignment.</li><li>Drive architectural reviews, proof‑of‑concepts, and technical enablement to enhance operational excellence.</li></ul><h3>Job Description and Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Design and implement Red Hat OpenShift architecture ensuring scalability, security, and high availability across multiple data centers.</li><li>Define infrastructure topology, network segmentation, and storage integration aligned with enterprise standards.</li><li>Oversee end‑to‑end OpenShift deployment, integration with LDAP/AD, CI/CD pipelines, and monitoring platforms.</li><li>Implement governance, RBAC, OAuth, and security compliance with CIS and NCA benchmarks.</li><li>Collaborate with network, storage, and DevOps teams to optimize performance and ensure operational efficiency.</li><li>Conduct architecture reviews, proof‑of‑concepts, and partner with vendors for solution validation and best practices.</li><li>Provide documentation, technical training, and knowledge transfer to operations and support teams.</li><li>Support automation through Ansible, Helm, and GitOps practices to streamline cluster management.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications and Experience</h3><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in OpenShift / Kubernetes architecture and administration.</li><li>Proven expertise in container networking, CNI plugins, and multi‑cluster connectivity.</li><li>Experience with CI/CD tools, automation frameworks (Ansible, Helm, ArgoCD), and GitOps practices.</li><li>Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills with cross‑functional collaboration experience.</li><li>Language proficiency: English (required); Arabic is an added advantage.</li></ul></div>#J-18808-Ljbffr
