Clinical Social Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Social Worker to support patients and families with psychosocial, emotional, and environmental challenges, helping to improve overall quality of life within a healthcare setting.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct psychosocial assessments and develop individualized care plansProvide case management for vulnerable patients and coordinate with government and charity agenciesSupport safeguarding of children, women, elderly, and vulnerable adults; report abuse or neglect as requiredEnsure compliance with UAE mental health laws, including Federal Law No. (10) of 2023Assist with caseload management and supervise junior staff when requiredCommunicate effectively within a multidisciplinary team and provide emotional support to patients and familiesParticipate in wellbeing initiatives, professional development, and research activitiesBe available to provide services during and outside official working hours when requiredRequirementsMaster’s Degree in Social Work or related field (mandatory)Arabic speaker – mandatoryCurrently based in the UAEMinimum 3–5 years’ clinical experience, preferably in healthcare or mental healthEligible for DOH (Abu Dhabi) Clinical Social Worker license as per PQR requirementsStrong knowledge of safeguarding, ethics, and professional boundaries.Work LocationABU DHABI.#J-18808-Ljbffr
