You build trust easily with parents and colleagues, balancing empathy with clinical objectivity while focusing on measurable outcomes for children and families.DescriptionIn this role, you will lead high-volume clinical assessments and deliver evidence-based intervention plans for children and adolescents aged 2 to 18 years. You will play a key role in maintaining clinical standards, supporting the multidisciplinary team, and ensuring high-quality patient outcomes within a pediatric-focused environment.Role & ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive clinical and developmental assessments for children and adolescentsDevelop structured diagnostic reports, treatment plans, and measurable progress goalsAdminister and interpret standardized assessment tools, including ADOS where applicableProvide evidence-based therapeutic interventions and clinical recommendationsLead and support the clinical team through case reviews, guidance, and quality oversightCollaborate with parents, caregivers, schools, and multidisciplinary stakeholders when requiredMaintain accurate clinical documentation aligned with regulatory and governance requirementsContribute to workflow efficiency and service development within the clinicSkills & CompetenciesStrong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills in pediatric populationsAbility to produce structured, high-quality clinical reports and treatment plansLeadership capability including team guidance, supervision support, and case coordinationExcellent parent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to manage high caseload volumes while maintaining clinical accuracyStrong documentation discipline aligned with regulatory standardsEducation & QualificationsMaster’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Child Psychology, or equivalentActive DHA license (mandatory)ADOS certification highly preferredMinimum 4+ years of relevant post-qualification experience#J-18808-Ljbffr
