Clinical Pharmacist

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Clinical Pharmacist to join our medical team in Misrata Libya. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both Arabic and English with strong clinical knowledge and a patient-focused approach.Location: Misrata LibyaPosition: Clinical PharmacistLanguages: Arabic & English (Fluent)Joining: Immediate or 30 days max.Key Responsibilities:Review and manage medication therapy plans for inpatients and outpatientsEnsure safe and effective use of medications in collaboration with healthcare teamsProvide drug information and counseling to patients and staffMonitor for drug interactions contraindications and adverse reactionsMaintain accurate records and comply with regulatory standardsRequirements Requirements:Bachelors or Doctor of Pharmacy (BPharm/PharmD) degreeValid pharmacist licenseMinimum 3 years of clinical pharmacy experience (hospital setting preferred)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsFluency in Arabic and English is mandatoryIf you are passionate about clinical care and eager to work in a dynamic healthcare environment we welcome your application.
