Closing date: 22/09/2025Number of positions: 1Recruiter name: Larla Anne Brazil LandichoReference number: 63175Mediclinic Corporate Office Dubai Dubai United Arab EmiratesMAIN PURPOSE OF JOBTo support and guide the development of employee clinical competence including compliance with licensure requirements through the design facilitation and assessment of various clinical learning and development programmes and deliver training interventions that will enable clinical licensing for clinical employees in line with regulatory requirementsKEY RESPONSIBILITY AREASIdentify and assess the learning and development needs of employees.Design and develop learning and development interventions that effectively address learning needs.Deliver planned training programmes and development activities in alignment with regulatory and organisational requirements.Monitor evaluate and assess the effectiveness of learning and development interventionsDocument and report learning outcomes progress and impact of development initiatives.REQUIRED EDUCATIONBachelor of Science or Diploma in NursingLicensed as a registered nurse/ midwife with the relevant healthcare authorityREQUIRED EXPERIENCEMinimum of 5 years general and/or specialised clinical nursing experienceAt least 2-3 years relevant experience within a healthcare clinical education settingREQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE of learning effectivenessTraining equipment e.g. training mannequins and accessoriesUse of digital applications and tools for learningVerbal and written communication skills in EnglishInstructional design principlesEffective teaching and learning (pedagogical) practicesAll applicants will be considered with the understanding that preference will be given to the designated groups in accordance with the United Arab Emirates Emiratization Program.
