Madre Integrated Engineering | Full timeResponsibilitiesProvide timely and confidential ethics consultations to healthcare providers, staff, and patients/families facing ethical dilemmas.Facilitate discussions and mediate conflicts related to patient care, resource allocation, and professional conduct.Collaborate with leadership to develop, review and update ethical policies, guidelines and procedures in alignment with organization's mission and values.Ensure compliance with national and international ethics standards and regulations.Design and deliver ethics training programs for health care providers and staff to enhance their understanding of ethical principles and decision-making frameworks.Facilitate ethics committee meetings and ensure follow up on recommendations.RequirementsMaster’s degree in Bioethics, Medical Ethics, Healthcare Ethics, or a related field (PhD preferred).Clinical background (e.g., nursing, medicine, or allied health) is highly desirable.Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical ethics, preferably in a healthcare setting.Proficiency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).Location: QatarInterested candidates can send their CV & certificates to celci@madre-me.com | +974 3131 3903.(CVs without proper documents like QID, Passport copy, educational & other certificates shall not be considered)#J-18808-Ljbffr
