<p><strong>Job Description<br><br></strong>Under guidance from the Corporate Clinical Costing Manager, the Corporate Clinical Costing Analyst is responsible to support Corporate Clinical Costing Manager in day to day tasks. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, execute monthly HCPSCs costing with coordination of regional costing analysts; v alidate and upload monthly payroll and VIP templates in CostPro; Close SEHA HQ cost module on monthly basis, assist the Manager in developing costing case studies.</p><p><strong>Job Description<br><br></strong>Under guidance from the Corporate Clinical Costing Manager, the Corporate Clinical Costing Analyst is responsible to support Corporate Clinical Costing Manager in day to day tasks. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, execute monthly HCPSCs costing with coordination of regional costing analysts; v alidate and upload monthly payroll and VIP templates in CostPro; Close SEHA HQ cost module on monthly basis, assist the Manager in developing costing case studies.<br><br>Strong measurement skills, high level of logic, reasoning power and analytical experience would be pre-requisites to understand and quantify the numerous components of health care.<br><br>Demonstrates high level of competency in understanding of the clinical costing, and its operations across SEHA, to deliver value-added consulting.<br><br><strong>Responsibilities<br><br></strong>Decision Support for Senior Management<br><br><ul><li>Allocate overhead costs to relevant direct cost departments using appropriate allocation bases.</li><li>Ensure completeness and accuracy of data supporting overhead allocations.</li><li>Close the SEHA HQ cost module on a monthly basis.<br><br></li></ul>Clinical Costing System – CostPro<br><br><ul><li>Coordinate with regional costing analysts for monthly closure of costing books.</li><li>Execute monthly HCPSCs costing in coordination with regional teams.</li><li>Validate and upload monthly payroll and VIP templates into CostPro.</li><li>Maintain and update common Relative Unit Values (RUVs), such as laboratory and imaging.</li><li>Support regional costing analysts in resolving data quality and system-related issues.</li><li>Assist the Manager and Senior Analyst in preparing periodic costing reports and analyses.<br><br></li></ul>Projects and Programs<br><br><ul><li>Maintain the costing Talabi system and track all incoming costing requests.</li><li>Map new cost centers to new or existing cost departments.</li><li>Map accounts to appropriate cost types in alignment with costing standards.<br><br></li></ul>Department Operations&Business Continuity<br><br><ul><li>Escalate issues and risks appropriately to ensure continuity of operations.</li><li>Support team members and provide coverage during absences or vacations as requested.</li><li>Attend SEHA team meetings, committees, and working groups as required.</li><li>Support the Manager in developing status reports and operational updates.</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.<br><br></li></ul>Mentoring and Training<br><br><ul><li>In support of Emiratization initiatives, supervise, train, guide, and mentor National Developees and other team members.<br><br></li></ul>Contributing to Team Effectiveness<br><br><ul><li>Collaborate closely with the Corporate and Regional Costing teams.</li><li>Actively contribute to continuous improvement of costing processes and reporting.<br><br></li></ul>Skills&Competencies<br><br><ul><li>Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and quantitative skills.</li><li>High level of competency in clinical costing concepts and healthcare financial operations.</li><li>Strong understanding of clinical costing systems and end‑to‑end costing processes.</li><li>Attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under monthly closing timelines.</li><li>Effective communication and stakeholder coordination skills.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-site, matrix environment.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><strong>Qualifications Required:<br><br></strong>Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration/Operations/Accounting/Finance/Commerce/Economics or relevant field OR Diploma in relevant field with 5 years of post-qualification experience.<br><br><strong>Desired<br><br></strong>Master's degree or equivalent professional accountancy qualification with 3 years of post-qualification experience.<br><br><strong>Required Experience<br><br></strong>Minimum of 2 years of Health care experience in a core business function with significant exposure and experience finance functions.<br><br><strong>About Us<br><br></strong>Abu Dhabi Healthcare Company (SEHA) is the largest and most comprehensive healthcare network in the UAE that was established in 2007 with the objective of operating all public hospitals and clinics across the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.<br><br>SEHA is committed to delivering world-class healthcare services using the most advanced diagno
