Clinic Manager

We are looking for an experienced Clinic Manager to lead the operations of a premium Medical Aesthetics & Wellness clinic in Dubai. This is a senior management role for a strong operator with proven experience managing clinics with high monthly turnover and working in a fast-paced, revenue-driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesFull control of clinic operations and daily processesManagement of leads, sales funnel and conversionsUnderstanding and optimization of operational & sales systems (CRM, KPIs)Acting as the right hand of the owner in operational and business mattersCoordination of medical and administrative teamsEnsuring high-level patient experience and revenue performanceRequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience as a Clinic Manager or similar leadership role in Dubai or Abu DhabiProven experience managing big turnoversStrong understanding of medical aesthetics / wellness clinic operationsEnglish level B2 or higher (Arabic is a plus)Experience working with CRM systems, reporting, KPIs and financial trackingStrong leadership and people management skillsExcellent communication and organisational skillsBenefitsFull-time position, on-site in DubaiCompetitive salaryOpportunity to work in a premium, fast-growing clinicProfessional growth and long-term career prospects#J-18808-Ljbffr
