Job Description

The Client Solutions team's mission is to establish and build scalable, long-term client relationships by solving direct clients' challenges through scalable, best-in-class campaign services. Client Solution Managers have a holistic understanding of TikTok's ad products and are humble and open to change. You are joining a team of consultants and marketing and self-service platform experts, who proactively drive the client’s growth strategy, including upsells, renewals and campaign reactivations. Success in this position requires a focus on client service, the ability to thrive in work environment, and the ability to provide custom solutions for advertisers leveraging our unique ad product suite, a unique blend of technical and commercial knowledge. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the evolving digital advertising landscape and recommending tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. By leveraging TikTok’s creative capabilities and data-driven insights, you will empower clients to develop and execute campaigns that drive measurable results and business growth. METAP (Middle East, Africa, Turkey & Pakistan) Apps team covers the following industries: utilities, fintech, lifestyles (social & dating, health & fitness) and services (ride-hailing, education, superapps). The highly dynamic client base originates from across Eastern Europe, Turkey and MENA and are scaling their businesses globally.ResponsibilitiesChampion TikTok’s Product Solutions: Act as a strategic advisor, guiding clients to leverage Tik advertising products and features to drive innovative, data-driven marketing strategies that align with their business goals.Drive Product Adoption & Growth: Advocate for the adoption of TikTok’s full suite of products, helping clients understand their value and how they can be integrated into broader marketing strategies for maximum impact.Foster Client Relationships: Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with key clients and agencies, positioning as a trusted partner who can recommend and drive solutions that leverage TikTok’s product offerings.Oversee Campaign Execution: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ad operations, product, creative and marketing science) to ensure the seamless execution of product-driven campaigns that meet client objectives.Provide Product-Driven Insights: Use data analytics to track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, providing clients with actionable insights to refine and enhance their product-centric strategies.Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with product teams to ensure clients are utilizing the latest TikTok features and products, contributing feedback and insights to help shape future product development.Support Partnership (BPM) Teams: Assist in pre-sales efforts by conducting market research, developing pitches, and advising on TikTok’s product solutions that align with client needs and objectives.Optimize and Troubleshoot: Proactively identify and resolve any product-related issues during campaign execution, working closely with internal teams to ensure optimal performance.Drive Business Growth: Focus on client retention, upsell opportunities, and renewals by identifying how TikTok’s products can deliver long‑term value and foster deeper client engagement.Conduct Business Reviews: Lead regular business reviews with clients, ensuring the continued success and optimization of their campaigns and TikTok product usage, while exploring new opportunities for growth.Minimum QualificationsExperience: At least 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles at social media advertising platforms or user acquisition, with a strong background in digital marketing, account management, or consultancy, preferably with clients or agencies representing relevant industries.Language: High oral fluency in Russian and English is required, as the role involves direct commercial engagement with a portfolio of agencies and business partners across Central and Eastern Europe and the broader METAP region, where Russian is a primary working language for client communication and relationship management.Technical & Analytical Mindset: Demonstrated ability to use data to drive decisions and optimize campaign performance. Familiarity with attribution modeling and performance measurement techniques is a must.Strategic Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with a keen ability to align marketing strategies with client goals.Industry Expertise: Deep understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and in the relevant sector.Preferred QualificationsClient-Centric: A natural communicator and relationship builder, committed to delivering solutions that foster client satisfaction and long-term business growth.Proactive attitude with excellent project management, organizational, and analytical skills.Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.#J-18808-Ljbffr
