Client Services Manager

Job Title: Client Services Specialist - Market Research About Innovrs Innovrs- Innovative Research Solutions is a Riyadh-based market research and consulting firm working with corporate, government, and semi-government clients across Saudi Arabia and the MENA region. We focus on delivering high-quality insights and building long-term client partnerships. Role Overview We are hiring a Client Services Specialist with direct experience in a market research agency. This is a client-facing, commercial role focused on handling client communication, understanding research briefs, preparing proposals, and driving business opportunities. We are looking for someone who already understands research clients, industry expectations, and how to manage opportunities professionally. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for clients Receive, understand, and respond to research briefs Translate client requirements into clear internal direction Prepare proposals, quotations, and responses with the internal team Follow up consistently with clients and manage communication professionally Build and maintain strong client relationships Support new business development and identify repeat opportunities Represent Innovrs confidently in meetings and client interactions Requirements Mandatory: Previous experience in market research agency Proven experience dealing with research clients, briefs, and proposals Strong understanding of client expectations in research projects Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail Ability to handle multiple client interactions and priorities Fluent in English; Arabic preferred This position is focused on client handling, proposals, and business growth.
