Dubai, United Arab Emirates | Posted on 02/26/2026Client Services Executive is a professional who is responsible for providing outstanding client service by leading and motivating their team and developing loyalty programs to increase client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities/DutiesBuild and maintain relationships with clients.Ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services.Alert the teams about opportunities for further sales within new/existing clients.Let clients know about other products (main and ancillary) and promotions the company offers.Provide accurate information to the client.Attend meetings with clients to build relationships.Achieve client relationship targets and KPI’s as set by the Client Service ManagerEscalate and resolve areas of concern as raised by clients.Carry out client satisfaction surveys and reviews.Updating Zoho CRM and ensure other internal departments are aware of changes within clients.Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively.Assisting clients with License, Visa and any ancillary services during business setup journey of the client.Arranging Transports and Courier for clients.Following up for payments.Assisting clients in License Renewal, License Amendment, License Upgrade and License Cancellation.Being up to date with any rule changes in UAE.Daily reporting to manager. Perform other responsibilities and tasks as directed by the manager in order to meet department/division objectives.RequirementsHas an extensive UAE company incorporation / business setup expertise.Well-experienced and has solid understanding of onshore and offshore company formation.Has outstanding networking and business development skills.Must be passionate go-getter, capable of managing clients with limited supervision.Good presentation skills and positive attitude.Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, other language is a plus.Business degree or related qualification.Ability to meet deadlines.Calm, polite, and professional behavior.#J-18808-Ljbffr
