Join our team as a Client Service Associate and become the key partner for clients delivering tailored solutions and driving their business success. Build lasting relationships anticipate needs and help clients thrive with our innovative treasury products and global expertise.As an Associate within our Client Service Account Management team you will be a trusted member of the clients team and deeply connected to deliver the growth and success for an assigned this role you will serve as the primary point of contact for each client assigned to your portfolio. The assigned client portfolio may be comprised of operating transactional accounts and complex treasury products both within the US and across our global footprint.Job responsibilitiesDevelops maintains and broadens partnerships with Clients; understands Clients business to predict their needs and provide appropriate solutionsBecomes the Clients trusted adviserAssists in developing and executing strategic Client plansPromotes use of self-service tools to reduce number of Client enquiriesAnalyses payment and associated activities in order to identify efficiencies and cross sell opportunitiesPromotes sharing of experience and best practice across the Service teamParticipates in and support TS initiativesIdentifies opportunities for product development and enhancementDevelops internal partnerships (e.g. Sales Operations Product Technology)Identifies and escalate potential risk associated with Client activitiesRecords all Client interactions (e.g. calls meetings issues proactive communications)Required qualifications capabilities and skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work effectively under pressure whilst maintaining a professional mannerDual-ability to work effectively as both a team player and aloneDemonstration of cultural sensitivity and awarenessProven negotiation skillsStrong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities whilst meeting deadlinesAbility to develop and mobilize internal networks and resourcesAbility to effectively use and manage multiple systemsClient service and portfolio management experiencePreferred qualifications capabilities and skillsKnowledge and understanding of Payments products processes and risk policies nice to haveSecond language is preferable (Arabic)Required Experience:Manager#J-18808-Ljbffr
