In this role, you will be at the heart of our client service operations, supporting relationship management activities, coordinating closely with clients, and ensuring seamless delivery of our insurance brokerage services.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as first point of contact for day-to-day communication with different complex accounts, follow up on correspondences and manage/maintain communications.Conduct and analyze client research, research on industry issues, prepare benchmarking studies and create risk maps for internal and external use.Liaise between internal professionals and business accounts, and generally represent the business to ensure satisfactionCollect insights and information on relationship satisfaction and report results to senior colleagues offering context and suggestions when needed to best ensure account satisfaction and retention.What We're Looking ForUAE NationalBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Insurance, Management, or a related fieldStrong communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and verbal)Client-oriented mindset with a genuine interest in delivering excellent serviceProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)At least one year of professional experienceAbility to work collaboratively within a team and follow established proceduresNice to HavePrevious internship or experience in insuranceFamiliarity with insurance industry terminology and processesCustomer service experience in a professional settingWhy Join UsAt Marsh, you will join a global organization with extensive resources for professional development, working alongside experienced mentors in a supportive corporate environment.
