Client Relations Interior Designer

We are seeking a Client Relations Interior Designer who brings together strong design expertise with exceptional client management skills.This role is positioned at the intersection of design, communication, and project coordination, where you will lead client interactions and ensure that every project is delivered with clarity, precision, and a refined design standard.You will act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring a seamless journey from initial concept to final delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesActs as the primary point of contact between clients and the design team, managing relationships from initial briefing through to project completionLead client meetings and consultations to understand project requirements, preferences, budgets, and expectationsTranslate client needs into clear and structured design briefs, ensuring alignment across all internal teamsDevelop and present interior design concepts, including mood boards, material selections, and space planning proposalsCoordinate closely with 2D drafting and 3D visualization teams to ensure all outputs align with the approved conceptReview all design deliverables and ensure that revisions accurately reflect client feedback and project requirementsPrepare and deliver professional design presentations to clients and stakeholdersCollaborate with architects, engineers, suppliers, and contractors to maintain design intent and smooth project executionManage multiple client accounts simultaneously, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and timely deliveryEnsure that all design outputs consistently align with Ithra Design’s established standards, design language, and aesthetic identityRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related fieldMinimum 3–6 years of experience in interior design with a strong client‑facing componentSolid understanding of the full design processStrong knowledge of materials, finishes, and FF&EExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to manage clients professionally, particularly in high‑end or luxury projectsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesPreferred ProfileExperience working on luxury residential or hospitality projectsStrong aesthetic sense aligned with modern luxury or new classical stylesAbility to read and understand technical drawingsConfident, detail‑oriented, and capable of handling high‑pressure environmentsTo apply, please submit your CV and portfolio via LinkedIn or email us at#J-18808-Ljbffr
